* 4oz of vanilla yogurt
* 2 cups of frozen blackberries - if you like you can substitute other frozen berries in the same amount
* 1/2 cup of juice - pomegranate or cranberry will work great
* 1/2 cup o milk - coconut or almond milk can be used
